iPAS© was developed by Jose Gerardo Tamez-Peña to help researchers in their image analysis tasks and needs.
The following agreement spells out the terms and conditions of the use of iPAS© in a research and or proof of concept
project environment.
Please keep a copy for your records and return a signed copy to me.

This software (iPAS©) version is distributed WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS SOFTWARE IS FOR RESEARCH
ONLY. IT CANNOT BE USED TO TREAT, DIAGNOSE OR MONITOR ANY DISEASE OR CONDITION.
This software cannot be used for any commercial purpose:
- This license grants you one copy per research team.
- This software is for research only.
- It can be used for Proof of Concept studies and for grant applications.
- It cannot be used in Research Grants, without written consent or a grant license.
- It cannot be distributed or copied without the written consent of the author.
- The software contains trade secrets and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse-engineer any
component of the software.
Plug-in Development Fee. iPAS© can be enhanced by the development of image analysis tools. The Licensee is free to
develop iPAS© plug-in if the Licensee is not looking any economical benefit. In the event that the Licensee is developing
iPAS© plug-ins for commercial purposes, the Licensee should notify the developer and pay a developer fee (contact
developer) to gain the right to develop commercial plug-in and in exchange the developer will keep a public database with
all the authorized plug-in developers.
